Ticket counters and Baggage Service Office at T3 at LAX just re-opened this morning. Those picking up baggage will need to be the actual ticketed traveler for the bag, and must present a government-issued photo ID at pick-up.
o If you are departing out of LAX and already checked a bag on Nov. 1, the airline will put the baggage on your new flight.
o If you arrived at LAX but did not claim your bag on Nov. 1, the airline is calling customers to confirm the best address for delivery.
o If you would prefer to pick up your bag as soon as possible, please come to Virgin America’s Baggage Service Office in Terminal 3 (or our LAX ticket counters) and our teammates will assist you.
