Amanda Bynes is fast mastering the art of her own downfall, flouting rules of a suspended driving license and smoking from what is alleged to be a hash pipe.
The 26-year-old was seen driving around Los Angeles for hours on Tuesday, according to TMZ, who reported that the Hairspray actress took 'multiple hits' of what appeared to be marijuana.
The tool which Amanda looks to be using is a pipe designed to look like a car cigarette lighter.

The incident is the latest episode in a long line of disasters that have plagued the troubled star since she left acting in 2010 after starring alongside current hot property, Emma Stone, in Easy A.
