Screamin’ Rebel Angels are a four-piece combo from New York that sneer at the constriction of conventional labels like rockabilly, rock and roll, soul, country, rhythm and blues—instead preferring to merge the best aspects of all these styles into a scorching set of barnburners that bring the savage frenzy and passion back to music. Fronted by the Titian-tressed, guitar-slinging rocker Laura Rebel-Angel, the band has unleashed their untamed fury on stages across the US, from Boston to Baltimore, from Winston-Salem to Los Angeles. They have shared the stage with such illustrious national acts as Kim Lenz and the Jaguars, Nashville Pussy, and the Supersuckers.

Here is a great cover of Beyonces song "I Miss You" by British band The XX. Here is a message from The XX.
"Whilst on tour in Texas, we decided to cover a song by a Texan. She is one of our favourite artists of all time, Beyonce. This song has always meant a lot to us and was written with another artist we really admire, Frank Ocean. Happy Valentines day to you all. Lots of love, xx The xx"
One of my favorite bands is Radiohead, so when I heard Willow Smith had sampled seom Radiohead for her single I wasn't sure what to time. Last week Super Producer Vanessa made me a cd mix with Willows new song "Sugar and Spice" and I must admit that this song is slowly growing on me. Take a listen and let me know what you think.

Willow Smith, the human result of a trip to the most advanced Build a Bear Workshop in all the land by platonic friends Will Smith and Jada Koren Pinkett Smith, was 10 years old when she released the cute, infectious ditty about brain damage and ejaculating hair extensions, "Whip My Hair." Now she is 12, apparently listening to Radiohead (or someone is listening to the band for her) and, most importantly, she is pissy, as evidenced by her new song "Sugar and Spice." Over a beat that excerpts and loops Radiohead's "Codex" so that it sounds as Coldplayish as possible, Willow whines, "I tried to be sugar and spice, but I'm melancholy and can't do anything right."

What does Paramore look and sound like in 2013? “Now” we have an answer.
Following the defection of the Farro brothers in December 2010, many wondered what the band would sound like without two of the components who made songs like “Decode” and“Misery Business” into huge hits.
Last year’s “Singles Club” releases (“Renegade,” “Hello Cold World,” and “In the Mourning”) suggested little, but the band’s just-released new single “Now” certainly suggests what the future might hold for the band.
